What are the commonly used down jacket fabrics?
Down jacket fabrics should have down-proof, wind-proof, and breathable properties, especially down-proof properties are crucial. The quality of anti-velvet performance depends on the yarn count density of the fabric used. At present, the feathers on the market are mainly nylon taffeta and TC fabrics. Generally, the yarn count density is above 230T, 250T is the best, and below 230T, it is difficult to ensure that the down is not drilled.
When identifying the fabric, first look at its thickness. Generally, the thin one is thin, and the thick one is dense; the second is to beat it with your hands. If the fluff flies out, the density must be below 230T;
Once again, hold a certain part of the clothes and rub with a little force. If there is no fine velvet, the density should be 250T; because the nylon thick fabric has a layer of paint, it is better to treat it brightly, smoothly, and evenly.

A: 1. Look at the amount of cashmere. Generally, it is better to choose the one with more cashmere. You can put the down jacket on the case and tap it with your hands. The higher the bulkiness, the better the down quality and the more down. 2. Look at the velvet color. There are two kinds of down, pure white down and flower down. If you buy down jackets with light-colored fabrics, you should choose pure white down jackets, otherwise, you will feel dirty when you wear them. 3. Look at the fabric. There are many kinds of fabrics for bogey-down jackets. There is a layer of wax on the surface of the cotton velvet fabric, which has strong heat resistance but poor abrasion resistance; the velvet-proof nylon silk fabric is wear-resistant and durable, and has good velvet resistance but is afraid of hot and sun exposure. Generally speaking, it is better to buy down jackets made of TC fabrics. 4. Look at the workmanship. It depends on whether the stitching is firm and whether there is any leakage; whether the zipper and copper buttons are complete and smooth; whether the inside of the down jacket is flat, etc.
