Hot Stamping polyester pongee
What is polyester pongee?
The expandable properties of polyester pongee make it popular and practical. In recent years, the textile industry in the Shengze area has revised its products. In addition to the use of matte silk raw materials and innovation in weaving technology, it also extends the post-dyeing and finishing process. Its density increases, the hand feels softer, and its functions are expanded.
Polyester pongee is commonly known as rainproof cloth and can also be called "coated nylon spinning". Its cloth surface is flat and smooth, light in texture, firm, and wear-resistant, with good elasticity and gloss, non-shrinking, easy to wash, quick-drying, and good hand feeling. People often confuse spring and taffeta fabrics with polyester taffeta fabrics. Both polyester taffeta and polyester pongee are polyester fabrics. But polyester taffeta is the lining material; spring sub-fabric is the fabric; polyester taffeta feels harder than spring sub-fabric.
Polyester pongee fabrics are suitable for making casual clothes, work clothes, cotton clothes, down jackets, sportswear, outdoor clothes, etc. The clothes are fashionable and beautiful and show youthful charm.
How to clean polyester pongee?
The three major series of polyester pongee fabrics include:
Half-elastic spring sub-spun, full-elastic spring sub-fabric, matte spring sub-fabric. After dyeing and finishing, the product is subjected to mechanical high-temperature ironing, calendering, and ginning process, which is an "environmentally friendly" deep processing, which makes the lining bright, soft to the touch, and good air permeability, winning the favor of clothing manufacturers. Like other fabrics, each fabric has its wash.
- The fabric has good alkali resistance and heat resistance. It can be used with various detergents and can be washed by hand and machine, but it is not suitable for chlorine bleaching.
- Be sure to wash it separately from other clothes, do not wash it together.
- It should be dried in the shade and avoid exposure to the sun to avoid fading of dark clothes. When drying in the sun, turn the inside out.
- The soaking time of the fabric should not be too long to avoid fading of the fabric.
- White clothes can be washed at high temperatures with a strong alkaline detergent, which has a bleaching effect.
- Do not wring dry to avoid wrinkling the fabric.
