Product Description

The warp of this fabric is made of compact spun cotton, interwoven with T400 silk in a twill weave. The weft yarn is T400 silk, a new type of elastic composite Polyester fiber woven with American DuPont functional raw materials and technology. It is a radial double-channel (8-shaped) profiled fiber. The difference from Coolmax fiber is that the latter is a radially four-channel (cross-shaped) profiled fiber, which has the function of moisture absorption and perspiration.

Although this fabric does not contain spandex, it has good elasticity. This kind of fabric solves the problems of spandex which is not easy to dye, has excess elasticity, and prevents complications. This fabric can replace the traditional tulle process, and the performance has also been greatly improved.

The difference between T400 and spandex-covered yarn in weaving is that T400 only shows elasticity after heat treatment and shrunk, the same shrinkage, the fabric will become smoother. This is different from the spandex-covered yarn. The spandex-covered yarn already has elasticity, which makes it more and more difficult to control the weaving tension. It is difficult to ensure the quality of the fabric after the fabric is formed. Moreover, the elasticity of the spandex-covered yarn itself will be different, and this adjustment is more and more difficult.
