The second is to improve the down-proof performance of the fabric itself through the post-processing of high-density fabrics.

The third is to add a layer of fleece-proof cloth to the inner layer of the down fabric. The quality of the fleece-proof cloth will directly affect the quality of the whole garment.

(3) Thin and soft: In today's lightweight equipment, the lightness of the fabric of a down jacket will directly affect the overall weight of a down jacket, and the soft fabric will enhance the comfort of the elderly wearing down jackets for the bloated down jacket itself. comfort. 2. Fabric Design

It adopts pure cotton PU-coated fabric with a TTU isolation layer (the fiber yarn density of the pure cotton base fabric is 200T, plain weave). The pure cotton PU-coated fabric is silky smooth, delicate, and tight to the touch. The pure cotton material is easy to absorb sweat and has good air permeability, and the PU coating makes it difficult to wrinkle. It has an excellent elastic recovery function and can effectively prevent velvet from leaking. The biggest feature of the TTU insulation layer is heat absorption, breathability, and moisture conduction. Although the fabric is thin, you can't see the snow-white down covering it at all. After the rolling and weaving process, the fibers of the TTU isolation layer are combined extremely tightly, and at the same time, the porous structure of the fibers can effectively conduct moisture and air to the inside and absorb sunlight from the outside. Therefore, it has extraordinary windproof, warm-keeping, and breathable properties.

3. Lining design

It adopts polyester taffeta woven from fine denier polyester silk imitation silk. This polyester taffeta is a kind of all-polyester thin fabric, which is woven with fine denier polyester filament (to increase the hygroscopicity and air permeability of the fabric) to form a fabric with a silk appearance style, bright and bright color, and smooth to the touch.

The warp and weft of the fabric are made of semi-dull (soften the luster of the fabric, increase the dyeability and drapability) fine-denier polyester filament FDY50D/48F (referring to this 75-denier fully stretched fine-denier polyester filament is composed of 48 monofilaments ) as raw material, plain weave is interwoven on a water-jet loom according to the specifications of 290T (to prevent leakage of down).
